Hannah's all ready for the pool!
Crazy cousins!
Sunscreen-drenched Maelie with Aunt Nina.
Too stinkin' cute!
Hannah and Katelyn are best buddies!
The kids made bracelets and other crafts.
Hannah worked hard on her bracelet.
Pretty gardens at the Bellagio.
The water show was well worth braving the heat.
Melissa and I rocked the talent show with our revival of a clogging duet we did to "Spoonful of Sugar" back in college. :)
My mom did a fabulous job of planning and carrying out the reunion, even though my dad wasn't able to get off of work to be there to help her.
Jen turned 40 while were in Vegas. Crazy!
The gang at the Adventuredome.
My little papoose.
Hannah's first time on the Frog Hopper ride. She wasn't sure about it at first, so the sweet girl next to her was reassuring her and even patted her back. By the end of the ride, Hannah was sold and wanted to go on this ride over and over again all day.
This was Maelie's first day of being sick for over a week. Not fun. Eventually, 20 out of 23 of us got sick (the majority got sick after the reunion). :(
We were all laughing when Hannah first rode this little roller coaster and her poor head was bouncing all around because she wasn't holding on tight enough. I was sure she'd be done with rides after that, but she came off happy and wanting to go right back on (again and again). Thankfully, her sweet cousin Katelyn taught her how to hold on tight.
Hannah also enjoyed this bus ride with her cousins.
Slushee break. Yum!
Me and my two cutie pies!
Maelie was such a good sport all day. It helped that she had tons of family to help entertain her, not to mention all the other people and sites and sounds.
Our theme for the reunion was: Booyah! Families are Forever! We missed you Braydon! (And Dad!)
Hannah with Joseph on the carousel.
Hannah loved having her own big bed.
Most of the cousins participated in a cardboard-boat building competition at the pool.
Hannah just lounged around in the pool.
Clay persisted in getting across the pool in his sinking boat and ended up clinching the win for his team.
Adorable cousins on the temple grounds.
Grandma and the grandkids at the Las Vegas temple.
Luau time! Yummy!
Hannah and her many leis.
The Nielsens taught us all the hula that they learned in Hawaii earlier in the Summer.
The girls enjoyed movie night with their dolls.
The boys enjoyed movie night with their snack shack.
The adults enjoyed a quiet movie night.
And Maelie just enjoyed being adorable!
We absolutely loved spending time with our wonderful Clayson family! Thanks to my mom and dad for planning and providing such a memorable reunion!!
